The name 🌳 Oak & Ember reflects the heart of what we believe care should be. Oak represents strength, stability and trust—the foundation every family deserves when choosing a home for their loved one. Ember represents warmth, compassion and the quiet glow of life that continues to shine at every stage. Together, they define a place where care is both dependable and deeply human.
Oak & Ember, LLC is a licensed assisted living home in Maricopa County, Arizona, created to be a space where residents are truly known—not just cared for. This isn’t a large or clinical setting—it’s a close knit home where familiar faces, simple routines, and meaningful connections bring comfort and peace of mind.

Meals at 🌳 Oak & Ember are prepared with care and intention, focusing on balance, familiarity and resident preferences. Whenever possible, we prepare food in-house, including freshly baked sourdough bread and home-style comfort dishes that bring warmth and routine to everyday life.
We also thoughtfully incorporate modern ⚛ technology → such as voice-assisted devices for convenience, a proactive communication framework and discreet safety features to enhance daily living, promote independence and provide peace of mind for families.
24hr Supportive Care
Continuous oversight from our trained caregiving team, with Registered Nurse supervision to maintain consistent, high-quality care.
